DECLARATIONS (Conditions/Triggers), lighting scene

Question

Hello,

What devices I'm using:

  • 2 Fibaro Motion Sensors in different places of the room (With calculating the Lux)
  • 1 LED stripe
  • 1 Room main Lamp

What I would like to do:

  • I need to Turn On the Led Stripe when Main Lamp is Off and it's dark
  • I need to Turn On the Led Stripe with different Brightness params depending on the hours (for example: when is dark and the time is not 00:00, set brightness 99. Other situations: when is dark and the time is from 00:01  to while becomes lighter set brightness 30, if is light enoght turn off the led)
  • If LED Stripe is On and someone makes the main Lamp On, Turn Off LED Stripe ASAP

How Can I do it?

  • To write a scene without any declarations and trigger this scene each second. But I'm aware that this solution will overload my Home Center 3
  • On other hand I'm thinking about to write seperate small scenes:
    • 1 Add condition: when one of the sensor is breach and the lux is under X and the main lamp is off, turn On the LED
    • 2 Add condition: when Main Lamp is On or motion sensors is safe, Turn Off the LED
    • At this point I will have 2 additional scenes to Turn On the LED Stripe and Turn Off the LED Stripe

There are so many possibles ways to do, but which way to choose?

I'm absolutely new in Lua and I don't know how it influences gateway. The goals is to make Lighting smart and don't overload the Home Center 3 Gateway
