The lights turn on by themself and are not used in any of the scenes. It looks like this.

First of all, we're talking about HC3 (according to your user data you have HC2)

On HC2 devices were turned ON/OFF when alarm is activated.

Do you have any alarms defined?

Take a look on device configuration, might be it set to respond to alarm.

I have Home center 3. I have alarms but the lights that are turning on are not not used in alarm scenes

Immediately before that light turns on, you have a motion sensor breached. Here's a few things to look at.

Is that sensor sending an alarm frame?

Is there a scene that responds to the sensor and switches lights on? Have you checked for correct device IDs in scenes?

If you turn off all scenes, does the behaviour still occur?

If you disconnect all sensors, does the behaviour still occur?

I Turned off all the scenes, deleted all alarms, but the problem remains.  Is there a way to check what causes specific light to turn on ??? I dont know what else to try.. I also tried reconfiguring specific lights, but  no change...

    Firmware version?

    Zwave plus or 3.0?

I recently read that motion sensors have caused some people grief. I'd try disconnecting all of them to see if that isolates it.

Is there a way to check what causes specific light to turn on ??? Yes, it's a bit more involved, but you can set up a zniffer. Search on the forum for more detail.

Strange, very strange.... I disconnected the HC3 hub but the problem is still there. It looks like the modules have somehow connected themself to eachother. ill try to disconnect all the motion sensors next and see what happens

Check other devices, if you haven't added association with that light.

If that's not the case check wiring as there might be short circuit.

that's called association and it works without the controller (HC3).  Could very well be that you have some associations active.

    Did trying that help?

You can click "read configuration" button on device which is suspected to control your lights directly without the hub.
If this is a sleeping device (Motion sensor for exmaple) you will need to wake it up after clicking it.

Then go to "associations" and check if there are some configured which are not desired.

If your Fibaro RGBW (first generation non-Z-Wave Plus) triggers a (random) other module, it is a known issue it's called "phantom menace" jokingly but it isn't very funny at all when you have it...

Make sure to update the RGBW to 2.7 aka 27.27 which disables associations, then check Parameter 49 Associations
"This parameter allows to disable sending associations to other devices."

    Default: "Do not send associations"

It's discussed here and you'll also find a scene to "scrub" rogue associations.

There is one possible cause that has not been mentioned yet. Please check your parameters for "all on" (EDIT: or "alarm frames") frames. More details are in this topic

The title says "HC2 switching everything ON by itself" but as you may have guessed the HC2 had nothing to do with it

A telltale sign of such alarm frames being sent by a (rogue) device is: absolute no cause is visible in HC log and Fibaro Support telling you they see nothing in the advance Z-Wave log. This happens because those alarm frames are not captured and not logged.
