Fibaro Thermostat shows "offline" in google home

Question

Posted (edited)

Hi guys, I have bug with Fibaro Thermostat.

It works, It could be switched to auto and heat/cool. But it shows as offline, and I believe because of this I could not see rooms tempreture from addidional sensor.

Any ideas?

There is no support for any thermostat in Google, when thermostat is in shedule mode in Fibaro. This access, like on the picture, you can have only when your heating zone (that your thermostat is part of) is in manual mode, in every other cases, you will lost access to thermostat in Google. This is very sad, but i talked with Fibaro support about this, and i was told, that there will be no solution for this. So, using thermostats in Fibaro, you can forget about Google control when you have schedules active.

I have a setting in ipad app in the zone = HOLD, when i activate HOLD the time changes to permanent

and manual is the default. I have not tested yet but i suppose this gives access from google home over time and the

zone will be inactivated for automatic timechanges of temp.
