Can I use an implant or binary sensor like I would use a door/window fgk-10x

I have been using a fgx-10x sensor conected to a magnetic switch to tell me if my gate has been opened. I am having trouble with the old sensors lately and was wondering if I could use and implant or binery sensor to do the same thing. If so how would I wire it and do I need to set any peramiters.

It is not a battery device, you need a permanent supply 9 to 30 V DC.

If you are connecting a 'real switch' this is possible, however not trivial. The Smart implant really has quite some extended functionality and is not very mainstream to use unless you understand concepts like NO, NC, pull-up resistors and impedance. You will always need a separate switch wired to the implant.
