All the devices and scenes disappear

Hi Fibaro members, I want to know if somebody have the same issue, I am integrator, and after more than 130 HCL and HC2 installed, I have never had this issue: Is a HCL v 4.630, a customer come to me to change a scene triggered by time, but when I try to enter to the HCL locally, the pasword didn´t works, the customer tries 5 times and block the system by 30 minutes, while we was waiting, my customer ask for a new pasword, and when the 30 minutes goes, put the new password send by email, we can enter to the system but all the devices and functions disappear (look the attached video), I can´t add anything, I can´t delete anything, I can´t make a backup, ... etc. The most insane thing is that in the app, all works perfect, I can turn on/off the lights, the hour, temperature, and date is correct, I mean, in the app, all works fine. I try too much things, but I dont want to make a recovery, I have fear to erase the configuration of devices and scenes and can´t  recover it, now a day, I have an issue with another HCL that dont works the recovery mode, but this is other history. PLEASE HELP ME.

what happens if you log in through the local LAN, not Fibaro ID ?

might want to check user permissions also.   If it's not that, recovery and restore backup.

I just had the same thing with same version/release 4.630... I was saving a LUA scene and all of a sudden I got permission denied, got kicked out of HC2 and after trying to login several times with correct password I got locked out for 30min. 

After waiting 30min, I finally got in but that LUA scene was gone, unfortunately no backup since quite some time ago. 

I am so impressed how well designed this is and how fast you can loose everything. 

Big waste of time!
