Tested twice: the update does not work on our major system, on the smaller one no problem

I tested it twice: the update from 5.130.61 to

5.130.64

does not work on our hotel system.
The update was done but it does not want to restart the services.
The system then does an automatic rollback (with the loss of all our historical data since the automatic backup does not backup... the historical data !??).
I tested twice this update and 2 x the same result. 
The system was automatically rolled back to the previous version 5.130.61 (beta).
 
Any reason why an automatic backuop does not contain any historical data ??
 
The same update on our smaller HC3 installation did work.

I have the same problem an the same issues. The update does not work. Total history lost.

Maybe less space or just a default setting.

 

I always manually backup both local and cloud (with history) and skip the backup on updating.

Same problem here. I've tried 5 times. Every time the update is rolled back to 5.130.45 :-(
