Yes, indeed strange, HC2 in profile and post in beta firmware HC3.

This problem is I have too for some months. I opened one ticket 4 weeks ago, but I haven't got any answere yet. I cannot attach the problem to an event. I don't see nothing in the history.

    Sorry I’ve forgot to update my profile, my controller is hc3.

    And 3 times after the update I have lost connection to it and had to reboot it with the power cable.

    What does "loosing connection" means?

     

    You cannot connect with your browser remote via the Internet and Fibaro ID to your HC3?

     

    Or connection via you LAN locally to your HC3?

    That's my problem too. Random and I cannot attach the problem to an event. When this problem is true, nothing don't working.

    Same here. Nothing else works, just unplug - replug..I have sent LOG file to support already.

    Seems more stable, but have had 1 disconnection from Fibaro Cloud. Did not test local access at that time but after a power remove/insert it came back online.

    after the update, remote access and access through applications disappeared. reboot doesn't help.

    I have problems with this version in zwave device learning mode. The device is connected but fails to learn the features of that new device. Are there more users who have this same problem?

    I have been having the same issue. Wake up to an email saying the home center lost conection to Fibaro Cloud. I then try and conect to the HC3 with the app, but no conection. I have to power down the HC3 to get it back. I thought this was a one off but it happened again last night. so that is twice in maybe 2 weeks.
