Basic scenes with time range

Hi all,

Im new here, and Im so stupid. I want do easiest scene for christmas lights. Every day turn on in 16:00 and shut off in 21:15. I was use Days of week and time range but scenes is only turn on power plug in 16:00, it ist shut off in 21:15... Why?  Or I must do two scenes? One for turn on and one for shut off?? But if yes, why is there "time range" function? Thank you very much.

You need "exact time", not time range. With "exact time" you can trigger to turn on the lights. 

 

(and a second scene to turn off the lights)
