Problem with 1.17.0 not updatating actual states on iOS mobile

I would like to report a bug. Customer has iOS, version 1.17.0. HC3L with latest firmware 5.130.64

Issue is that the states of the icons are not updated on the mobile unless customer interacts with something. For example in the attached mobile screen at 12:50 the customer has thermostat showing as set for 21,5 for heating with actual room temperature 22 degrees. Therefore the valve is switched off by the thermostat.

This would be fine, however in the system based on the PC the actual set temperature is 23 degrees and the valve opened.

Based on the heating schedule until 10:30 the required temperature is 21,5, and after 10:30 it should change to 23 degrees.

Attached images.

If customer presses the valve switch, the system updates the states and suddenly everything is looking as it should be based on the system. So it appears that the change of the states pushes through after some interaction with the mobile app.

So overall it appears that at least on iOS the widgets state does not update.

I can confirm that this issue also relates to Android phones. Another customer has problem, where the climate schedule on the PC is actual, but on the phone the last changeover did not go through so still showing old set temperature.

Attached the images and I have put a numbering to each of the zones for compare.
