Fibaro Motion Sensors (FGMS-001) - No update from 2.7 to 3.x via HCL3Lite?

Question

Posted

Hello together!

I have several Fibaro Motion Sensors (FGMS-001). Two of them do not have a "QR code" on the small sticker above the battery. This reports the Home Control 3 Lite only as "Generic Zwave Device" (+Binary/Temperature/Motion Sensor...) of the manufacturer Fibargroup, the detection is therefore correct. According to HCL3Lite, the motion sensors run with version 2.7.

However, I do not get an update for the two motion sensors. All other FGMS-001 (with "QR code" inside) are now running on 3.x and could be updated successfully. Also a multiple soft/hard reconfiguration as well as re-learning did not bring anything.

Am I doing something wrong or can't the 2.7 sensors be updated to 3.x?

Thanks in advance and best regards
Martin

2.x is an old generation of FGMS (ZW300) and 3.x is newer generation on ZW500 chip.
Firmware is not the same.
Are you using Z-Wave 3.0 beta on the gateway?
