Fibaro Wall Plug (FGWP 102): Latest Firmware?

Question

Posted

Hello all,

I have several older and new Wall Plugs (FGWP 102). These run according to the HC3Lite with software version 3.2. Am I doing something wrong or is this actually the latest version? I had once seen something about 4.05, however no update is shown to me and the different wall plugs are between 1 and 3/4 years old....

Thanks in advance and best regards
Martin

Hello,
it seems that Fibaro/Qubino has not been interested in providing firmware as a freely accessible download for their customers since the beginning until now.
Then I can also get products from China directly, it's the same situation but at a lower cost.
It's not the right way at this time. I accept no excuse for that.

Greetings
Uwe

That's a bit blunt to write in your first post. But anyway, welcome to the forum Uwe. Have fun overhere.

I've got every pretty new plugs from an order I've purchased lately with 2024 creation day and these 2 plug were still at v3.2 (similar to serveral plugs I have with creating date from 2017/2018) without any update visible in the console (HC3 Lite).
