"?" marks instead of icons visible in 4G

when app V1.17.0 is connected to 4G then the devices are visible as "?" the icons are not loading (the icon from virtual devices are visible) 

The "?" marks are throughout the different rooms visible under the tab "home"

I have the same or similar problem. When I use custom icons that worked a previously .... and they work well on my desktop .... but on the home centre app I get an icon on one state and a question mark on the other state of a 2 state switch.  Some custom icons do work for lights and doors but not switches. I have attempted to communicate with technical support twice but I have not had any response.  Does anyone have any ideas as to how to restore custom icons in the Yubii Home Centre App .... please ?
