Hi all. For the last 4 years I've used a Fibaro HC2 to control my retrofit underfloor heating upstairs in my house.

Each room is its own zone with the temperature monitored by the Fibaro Motion sensor. It is relayed to double switches in the wiring centre which trigger the zone actuators. This works well though I do sometimes find I can't get the fine control I would like.

One of the issues I have which is now being replicated on the downstairs manifold is that the pump will run on a zone for a few minutes then stop. It will sometimes go on and off multiple times a minute then not run for a while. The room is not up to temperature so I don't know what is going on and how I make it work properly.

Should I consider some additional form of temperature measurement?

Would installing UHAS be a better way of controlling the system? I currently use the standard heating panel and a plug in virtual device which works ok.
