Hi,
I have problems with single and double switches (FGS-213, FGS-223). I can configure them to send scene notifications for a single click, double click, etc. and they all work, but only when the module is talking directly to the controller. When I move it farther away, so there are at least two hops between the device and the controller, no scene notifications are received by the controller, even after healing the network.
In the same location, scene notifications sent by smart modules (FGS-224) are received by the controller even when there are multiple hops between the device and the controller.
The only difference is that smart modules use S2 encryption, while switches do not use encryption.
Is that to be expected?
Am I missing something?
Is it possible to fix it?
