Wrong date and time when Reboot

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I saw that the time and date of my Fibaro HCL system is wrong and every time I try to change the NTP server or manually set it the system reboots and goes again to 1.1.1970...

Anyone having the same trouble?

Firmware version 4.170.

Thanks

It is a good idea, probably it won't be possible without support help now - the HCL has so old certificates now that probably npt server rejects the request for new time and our servers do not serve the update anymore.

So, @lfvenancio - contact support and ask for assistance.

  • Hi guys,

    Thanks for the help.

I tried to update the firmware, although the option to do that does not appear as is appears on my other HCL.

I read a bit and some people on other topics gave the idea of changing the battery. Makes a bit sense for my case, because the HCL was "in the shelf" while we were changing the business place.

    Thanks again!

    Have a nice 2023

  • Hi guys,

So, the problem is solved... switch the internal battery (CR1220) for a new one. Now the date and hour is working fine with the NTP server.

Thanks and have a nice 2023.
