Scene to switch differences in humidity ?

PBe

Question

I have an HC3 that is equipped with two air humidity sensors (Eurotronic 700088 air quality sensor Z-Wave Plus.

One sensor is in the protected outdoor area (ID 70), the other in a room (ID 60).

I need a script that should be run every three hours and if the humidity outside is higher than the humidity inside, a fan (via a relay switch - ID 55) should be switched on.

Can someone help me with this or does someone possibly have such a script for me?
