yubii blocked, Fibaro support inexistent

I have been a fibaro customer since 2013 with currently 4 hc2 and one yubii home. I have obviously needed assistance over the years, which has always been quite fast but above all decisive. Today I have a problem with a yubii home (hc3 lite) that disconnects from the network and I can't restore from the two backups present because as soon as I restart it starts over and does not reconnect to the network (after also doing the factory reset). I highlighted the problem to support and a precise month has gone by and a lot of useless emails because the person initially didn't understand the problem and then today doesn't even answer me. So I opened another ticket and the same person reappeared resulting in a new disappearance after first message. All this to tell the fibaro has lost a client.. if this is the assistance much better to stay away. congratulations on your downgrading, really good, it would have been better to say that it was not possible to fix that I wasted less time

I think you use a translator, looking at the formatting and because I have a hard time to read what your issue is and what you expect from us forum users. I for sure hope the language barrier isn't the same issue with Fibaro support. 

 

Your HC3L disconnects doesn't connects to your network anymore?

Sorry to hear that your experience with support is terrible.

 

In case of YH connectivity issue:

  • Do you use Wi-Fi or Ethernet (OTG cable + adapter)?
  • In case of Wireless, have you measured via phone app (e.g. Wifiman) strenght of the connection? Is it above -70 dBm?
  • In case of Ethernet. Does OTG cable and your adapter work with different device, like Phone or Tablet?
  • Have you tried different Ethernet cable?
  • Have you tried different port on a switch or router?
  • Do other devices have problem with ethernet access via Switch or Router?
