Remote Access

Hello, I can access Fibaro HC with WiFi but not remotely. When I log in via "

Please login or register to see this link.

" and then click "Services" - "Remote Access" - "more" - no further window opens - I cannot access (see attachment ). In the Home Center I have set "remote access" (see attachment). I can access the "Fibaro" app via WiFi at home, but not when I'm on the go. If I'm not in the WLAN, I can't log in to the Fibaro App under "Settings" - "Fibaro ID" "configure" after entering the password, access to Fibaro HC is not possible. I changed the password Fibaro ID several times, then it only works in WLAN, but not in LTE. It would be very nice if you could help me. Please explain in such a way (without technical terms) that I can understand it. Many thanks and best regards

Hi, I have the same issue, started yesterday, both Yubii app and Fibaro app have stopped working, unable to connect! Access via PC using IE is working fine. I have changed nothing so I assume something to do with Fibaro server?

Anyone got any news ideas?

@Stangl @Ianbedder

If you are unable to log in via remote login (see previous posts) and you have to use the application for some reason, wait until the wheel in the application turns and select Offline login.
This assumes that you are in the local network, or you can get directly to HC3 with a public address and NAT or via VPN.

Hi All,

after the issue of the fibaro server, yesterday night a Russian hacker tried to entry in my Fibaro account!

I have fibaro HC2 since 2011 and it's never occurred, so I think that this event is connected to fibaro server issue, I mean that maybe the issue was caused by hacker!

I hope that Fibaro technical team can exactly tell us what is occurred last week and that the new server is safe!

If you say things like this, it is somewhat important that you also substantiate it.

Why exactly do you think this?

Do you have logs that show this , or have you received emails with login attempts ?

Do you have reports on your router, to the IP of your HC2 that strange things are happening?

Please clarify what you are saying there.

In addition, my firewall and router daily report login attempts or other attempts to obtain information from my network here at home.

Especially with the start of the war this has been added with the notation "russia".

This is now a normal course of events.

Long story short, without additional information this is a report you make there that falls under "normal"
