HC3 crash, how to get a cloud backup downloaded?

I had a total crach on my old HC3 and want to get acess to the backups to restore in the new one!

Is´t not possible?

Add the new hc3 to your Fibaro ID and ask Fibaro support to transfer the backups from the defective to the new hc3. You can the find them under backups of the new controller and restore a backup.
