Are custom icons stored locally?

Hi,

 

I've noticed every time I open the app on the "home" section where the rooms are displayed, it takes 1-2 seconds for the icons of the rooms to load (I've set custom icons that are photos of each room). Even when choosing a room, the devices that have custom icons have the same issue. So I guess the icons aren't stored locally on the app/phone but have to be loaded online every time I open the app?

This is interesting question and hope somebody from Fibaro will give us explanation.
