Connecting a QA thermostat controller to the climate scheduler?

Recommended Posts

Posted

I have a QA to control my Nest thermostat. I am trying to "wire up" the climate scheduler to this QA but have not found the right place to do that. If I go into the climate scheduler and enter manual setpoints for a period of time I don't see that reflected on my thermostat controls. My simple hovel only has a single zone but it does have central heat and air.

On a (possibly) related note, when I look at the climate panel I notice that the Climate Scheduler block only displays Heat but I would expect to be able to adjust the Cooling as well somehow. My thermostat is running in Auto mode right now. Certainly does not have to but why not?

Thank you in advance.
