Hi

I'm thinking of purchases HC3 and have some questions.

I have double switches  which controls 2 lighting circuits in a room, if I installed a dimmer 2 module

1)

a) can I replace with standard double dimmer switch and still use the switches dimming function ?

b) for two circuits can I control with a single dimmer 2 module ?

2) can I control a led 12/24v driver  i.e (TRIAC) and would this work with the dimmer switch ?

Also I see some people selling the HC3 cheaper then other are there different versions ?

thanks

To control 24V lighting, use the RGBW module

Please login or register to see this link.

. It can control 4 X single colour or 1 X RGBW strip. You'll also need a suitable 24V DC power supply (NOT a 24V led driver).

thanks how does the power supply work with the light switch ?

If the power supply is connected as  a light I imagine it won't have power when switch is off.

Have a look at the wiring diagrams in the link I posted. You'll need to find somewhere in the wall or ceiling to house the power supply and Fibaro device, and you may need to pull extra cables depending on what your current setup is.
