Cant add sensor to HC3

Hello experts,

 

few days ago my flood sensor stopped responding, i tried to wake it up - no results, so I force removing it from HC3 and wanted to add it again. But i can't do it (no response, like when i pushed button in the sensor 3 times -> it is not put in discovery mode). My version is FGFS_101_v2_1. I wanted to reset it, but the led don't behave in the way described in the manual, when i long press the button. The firmware version was some time ago changed to 3.4. Any ideas what I can do? Any new description of led sequence in 3.4 firmware?

Currently I can observe that the led are starting from red-yellow-green-pink-yellow (I tried to reset the sensor by stopping at yellow and pressing the button 1 time but it didn't work, no effect (no confirmation of reset, no change by adding).

try to exclude from HC3 and not by force removing when removed do this again. Then include.

but it is already removed (by force removing) and i can't remove it again.... (regardless if i choose to add or remove it -> when i triple click the button nothing happens).

Any more ideas?

You can remove it..

Include and wait the 60 sec. Dont press any button. Now you can remove by start exclusion. Press 3x button and the device will be removed and ready to be included
