Fbaro HC3 and ELKO SmartDim

I am thinking of buying the HC3, but i need to know if it works with Elko smart :)

 

Has anyone tried Elko Smartdim together with HC3?

Can you set the start power to, for example 30%? 

So when you turn on the switch physically it starts at 30%.

 

Equipment: Elko Plus Aktuator  4540024 ELKO SmartDim vri Uni 200W Plus PH ZigBee
