Devices not including

Today, I have tried to include two devices (Eversspring Leak Sensor and Everspring Bulb Holder). Both devices worked properly before with my previous HC2. Exclusion worked for both devices, but when trying to include them, the following happens:

 

- Devices are detected

 

- Stage: Interviewing - runs in an endless loop - no progress within 10 min

 

Is it possible that there is a bug within the inclusion process?

Update: Strangely enough, inclusion for the a.m. devices works, when I use the Yubii app on my IPad.

@awlieserHi, sometimes it helps, to do the inclusion process with or without security enabled.

Are you using ZW2.0 or ZW3.0 beta on your gateway?

Hi, I was forced to use z-wave 2 engine when migrating from my HC2. Is it possible to change to the ZW3 engine after the migration - i.e. Do a backup, then a reset of the HC3, select ZW3 and the restore the backup? Cheers Alfons

@awlieserIf you want to change the zwave engine form ZW2 to ZW3, you will have to start from scratch.

 

Fibaro does not recommend to use ZW3 for a production homecenter.

@awlieser please contact support, those should work without a problem in general.

Same problem with one of our installers on hc3 slave gateways, support couldn't figure out the real issue yet, given logs too. 

 

We downgraded to 5.130.64 using patch file and everything works fine
