FGS-224 Delayed off

bear7

Question

Hi all!

I have a motion sensor connected to the input and want the following behavior on both outputs:

When Input is on: Output shall be always on.

When Input turns off: Output shall turn off after a delay of 5 Minutes.

This is a classic Light or Fan delay behavior.

My problem is that the Output also turns off after 5 Minutes when input is turned on. My Input is a classic wall switch.

I appreciate any help!

These are my paarameters:

1 1
20 1
21 1
24 0
25 0
30 0
150 1
151 1
152 0
153 0
154 3000
155 3000
156 255
157 0
158 99
159 255

I think parameter 154 is a definitiion for delayed OFF of the output. 3000 s ??? Is it 300 sec right? So after 300 sec your output will be switched off. This is my guess..

  • Thanks guys for your answers.

@Neo Andersson: The timing is not the issue. The parameter is in 1/10 seconds. My problem is that the fan is turining off when the light ist still on.

@Martin_N: I tried that without success..

I think you cant achieve this only by parameters. I dont have walli switch at home, but i think the delayed off function is starting its delay counter every time

the output gets ON..It will never count anything after output gets to OFF state. And you want exactly this.

You want it to wait after it gets OFF, but there is no such a counter..This is my guess..

If i got you correctly, you want a light to be turned ON with a FAN together when a motion is detected. Then when there's no motion for a given amount of time, you want to turn off the light and the fan. Right?

Being you i would rather go for a scene solution..First turn on Local protection of the device.

Just let the motions senor work independently of outputs.

Put this logic into two scenes.

    Scene 1

If motion == detected then turn on light and turn on fan

    Scene 2

If motion == save for 5 minutes just turn off light and turn off fan

Ofcourse set parameters back to normal modes.
