Yubii app doesn't work

Hi support team,

 

The Yubii app doesn't work. There seems to be an update available, but isn't visible in the APP Store. 

 

Anybody else same issue?

I have the same; The app on my ipad uppdated today - doesn´t work. The phone (iphone) not uppdated and it does work. The Ipad gets a white screen. (I have HC3)

Thus it seems the the latest uppdate of the Yubii app does not work.

Getting a white screen when opening app on iPhone.

 

The first time I saw in a flash that there was a message about an update for my HC3.

After that only white screen when opening the app.

Also after updating HC3 to 5.140.17

After reinstall, for me it works.

But I have another issue !

In the last version, I had 5 cameras available in Yubii interface. Now, nothing

I don't have any menu or solution to access at my cameras.

 

DO you have the same issue ?

Camera settings are different now with the new Yubii app 🥲

I have 8 cameras, with the new version of Yubii in "surveillance" I only see 1 camera an old one.

It happens to me too, I only see two out of 6, which coincidentally are the newest, they are all dahua and until before updating they looked good, a shame this and increasingly disappointed.

You need to setup the RTSP stream pad (and port). 
 

(I also cannot get the Hikvision cams to work)

Same for me. The app closes when I try to enter one of the rooms or the favorite tab.

 

Have HC3 with version 5.140.17 and iOS app version 1.18.1

 

web gui works fine.
