Can't reset password

Hey all,

I have forgotten my username and password. Is there anyway to reset them? I tried the factory reset but I had some problems like not being able to connect to the Home Center.

When I put my email into the forgot password line, nothing happens. I "inspected" the webpage in google and found out it says Internal Server Error when I click the generate button. I might have a feeling it's because the remote access doesn't work? No idea why though. I add the Home Center as always, but it's never "online"... I also cannot access the Home Center in recovery mode or factory reset mode. Don't know why.

Any solutions?
