Question

Posted

The keypad has wakeup set to 240s. If I bring it near the HC3, it works ok, if i use bell button after PIN submit, works fine, but i need to send PINs code from HC3 cloud interface.
But, in the final position, it must communicate through 2 Aeotec extenders. This keypad must accept the generation of temporary PIN codes. When adding a new PIN code, it displays Waiting for wakeup, then (after 240s or more) the code is not transmitted. If i click Syncronize, it remains stuck in synchronization animation. Configuration say: Device configured.

Are there solutions to solve this problem? Thank you

Hi In Cerda

I had the same issue. I just tried and tried also move the keypad beside the HC3 without any luck. but suddenly it did sync.

After the sync its working perfect. But its always a nightmare to sync pincodes.

I think i saw a quick app somewhere in the foum you might could use.

Also try to remove the battery and insert them again and sync afterwords. the keypad will reconnect to the HC3

    Hi Martin,

YES. That's what happens in my case. It works ok for a while, but after that I can no longer update the PIN codes. The variant with the HC3 moved closer to the keypad does not solve the problem. What application is it about? I searched and found nothing. Not even the keypad manufacturer could give me a solution to this problem.
