Fgt-001 failure setting setpoints per hand

Hi, 

One of my thermostates has a strange behaviour :

Settings over z-wave run properly but settings per hand not.

If I turn the knob clockwise the setpoint/temperature change properly, the sepoint increases.

But if I turn the knob counterclockwise it works very rarely and the color/sepoints don‘t decrise.

I think it must be a hardware failure or other.

I‘ve done a factory reset but with no success.

I’ve bought the thermostats 3 days ago.

Got same issue, the controller used to work just fine, but from week or two I have same behaviour as yours. I tried to reverse direction of settings and then I was able to lower the temperature, but I can't make it higher this time.
