Since last update, my HEM doesn't worked fine.

I update HEM firmware et change some configuration (association => singlechannel) and can got mix energy consumer and producer, but can't separate it (this works fine before update).

I need to know if I produce energy or consume to execute some scenarios.

I try to restore last version, but it doesn't work 😢

What is the firmware on your HEM?

    OTA of ZW095_HEM G5_1P_60A_EU_A_V1_37 => 1.37 (before 1.35)

    I upgrade it 2 days ago, because HEM doesn't work since last home center 3 update.

    What are the parameters?

    Specially the 101-103 and 111-113?

    ps: I’m asking, because yurt over some similar problems…

    Aeotec support said me (I post ticket for HEM firmware update) and I set it :

    - 1 : default, 0

    - 101 : 15 (check 1, 2, 3 and 4)

    - 102 : None

    - 103 : None

    - 111 : 60s

    - 112 : default, 120s

    - 113 : default, 120s

    => Doesn't work.

    I justed change config with some tests, seems to be better :

    - 1 : 1

    - 101 : 592 143 (default, 1, 2, 3, 4 and all channel 1)

    - 111 : default, 60

    Apparently (but need more tests) :

    x.0.5 => Production

    - x.0.1 => Consumption

    If it's good, just need to change (after appair) :

    Association => Add singlechannel (previous versions I had twice, I don't know why single is removed)

    - Parameter 1 => 0 to 1 because I don't want absolute value (I'm a producer will solar pannel and consumer)

    Support’s version looks fine. Maybe parameter 1 can be 1…

    You can try parameters:

    4 to 10

    5 to 10

    8 to 5

    9 to 5

    4-5 report threshold in W

    8-9 report threshold in %

    if this not helps, I have no more idea…

    Thank's for your answer.

    I test your settings.

    I will see tomorow if it's works fine.

    Hi Guys,

    I'm new to FHC3, coming from a home-grown OpenZWave system. I have a single-clamp EU HEM5 fw1.37, which worked fine for years, sending readings to my hub every 60s. Now in HC3 (5.140) I can get the HEM to pair, configure etc. and I see the occassional reading appear in HC3's history, but what strikes me as odd is that I only get (or receive from HEM?) updates every 4 hours. I never had this connected in a previous HC3 version, so I have nothing to compare to.

    You can also see that each device receives two updates, with a zero value and positive value. I think this is screwing with the calculations for total, because apparently yesterday I used 45kWh, but I don't remember leaving the oven on :) The real value is more like 14. I have a fealing that HC is summing the differences between oldValue and newValue for each reading, and the zero readings are resetting the count.

    I've configured the HEM to report frequently, following the settings in other threads on this forum, but HC does not receive or register updates other than every 4 hours. The HC UI assumes this is the three phase model - obviously therefore some settings values will be refused by the HEM, but I think I've followed the gist.

    Interestingly, I reconfigured the device this morning (the act of a desperate man?), and that interupted the 4 hour cycle... This makes me think that the four-hour time window is something to do with HC3. Previous releases appeared to have some setting about polling ZWave devices, but I see no such thing in 5.140. I'm using ZW3 engine - don't know if that's relevant.

    Looking forward to solving this!!

    Tim

    @TimP My parameters seems ok with single phase :

    Add singlechannel if missing :

    And parameter 2 to 1 :

    But in energy panel it's wrong for the moment (I don't use it because not enough possible configuration).
