Candeo Smart Dimmer Switch C202

I needed to replace a dimmer switch and bought a candeo C202. It works fine as a manual device. As a Zigbee device, my HC3 finds it but has no details and says unconfigured. It has an IEEE address and a network address but no other detail. Is there a method to edit its functionality to make it usable. (I found a slightly different model on a compatibility list here:
