Yubii does not install on wife's phone

We both have Samsung Not 20 Ultra.  Yubii installs fine on my phone.  On hers, you press Install, it flashes, no error messages and it does not install.

 

1. Have cleared Play Store Cache
2. Play Store permissions are same as mine - Contacts and SMS
3. Enabling Notification on Play Store did not provide any error messages
4. There is tons of space, she has more memory than me, and fewer apps installed
5. Have rebooted

 

Any ideas ?

Cleared cache for PlayStore - it didnt work

Cleared data for Play Store - it didnt work

Finally cleared data for Play Store Services - then it installed.
