Meaby already bin said here but how align the text in QA to the left

not supported. You need to pad with spaces (&nbsp)

(the problem is that the label itself is centralised...)

Here is a hack that works using the table tag, you need to specify the width of the label in pixels...
<row ..> needs to be first tag on new line if you want to align the line. Left alignment is default. The row attributes are inserted in the <td> tag for the table.

    This one above is "line oriented" and you can control alignment for each line.
    You will have even better control with the 'Table' label if you are willing to provide your own table html code.
