Dimming RGB controller with double switch 2.

I have a bathroom with main lights + mirror with demister. Hence I can't dim this circuit.  

I also have a feature lights which will be connected to a Fibaro RGB controller in my loft space. 

 

Can I use a double switch to 

S1 - Switch on my main lights + mirror since they're on a single circuit

S2 - To switch on and control dimming of Fibaro RGB controller. 

 

I guess alternatively I could sperate the mirror from the lighting circuit and control it by a Fibaro replay switch
