I've got 2 of them in use and they work without problems. Are you sure there's a tilt detector in them? I don't think so, it's not descibed in the manual.

Is do they have zwave nodes nearby?

Hi, the pros do have tilt detection for sure. I move moved it to another part of the house and it worked well. Moved it back and it’s playing up again. It’s in the garage and so is the HC3. I did wonder if it’s because I was mounting it on some steel fixings, but of have moved it to wood and it still seems to be doing the same.

I will move it out again and see if it works as expected. Maybe it’s interference from the steel around the garage door…
