HC2 & HCL Syncronisation issues with Smart Implant

Hey guys, A customer has a HC2 and HCL gateway connected, have been working fine for quite sometime.

 

I have come across an issue with a smart implant input status where it is not getting synchronised over to the HC2 from the slave HCL. (Status works perfectly on the HCL). If I manually synchronise the gateways, the HC2 gets the status of the implant but only once.

 

I found the slave gateway to be on a different firmware with release notes mentioning a fix for synchronisation between gateways. Both gateways are now on 4.630 but the issue persists.

 

Forums show a few others with the same issue but no mentions of a fix.

(Also finding a couple roller shutter relays positioning not syncing over the the HC2 correctly either)

 

Any ideas as to what might be happening here?

I have the same configuration and sometimes happened to me the same as to you.

Please try this simple action:

- restart slave (from web interface)

- wait until slave restart finished

- restart master
