Cannot perform local or cloud backup

Recommended Posts

I installed the update after it was released and everything looked good at first. Today I wanted to do a backup, but neither local nor cloud could be done. I even tried rebooting with power disconnected. The backup process starts, seems to be running, but no files are transferred and saved. The backup list does not add the backup.

@m.roszak any news?

How we can do backup now? My last backup is 1.5 month old.

How we will do required backup before next update?

I think it's a critical problem.

    We know what the issue is, support can help remotely but the fix is coming in the next release.

    That is a rare issue introduced in 5.141 beta.
    Perform the procedure as in the pinned topic:

    Your current configuration will be backed up in a secondary system after that, so it is safe.
