Dodawanie urządzenia Ziegbee do HC3

Witam. Chcę dodać urządzenie Aubess- włącznik. Niestety urządzenie nie komunikuje się z HC3. W aplikacji dedykowanej dla tego urządzenia nie ma problemu. W instrukcji fibaro: Dodawanie urządzenia można przeprowadzić na dwa sposoby:

  • Za pomocą Kodu intalacyjnego oraz Adresu MAC. Dane wystarczy wpisać w odpowiednie pola oraz zaznaczyć „Użyj kody instalacyjnego”. Dodanie urządzenia w ten sposób zapobiegnie dołączeniu do sieci innych urządzeń.

Gdzie mogę zczytać : Kod intalacyjny oraz Adresu MAC?

Przed dodaniem urzadzenia do HC3 zresetowalbym je jesli jest juz powiazane z innym hubem to nie doda sie z HC3.

    Hubem- tzn. że jeśli dodany był do aplikacji Smart Life to nie dodam do HC3?

    Robiłem dodając ze rejestracji w Smart Life i też nie dodawał się do HC3.
