Hello  I have a HC2 with version 4.056, and I can't Upgrade. If I do it by the system, the hc2 turn on and stay like thinking. So I have to restor to old file

Please can you help me to do it?

Can I have a link to download the new firmware?

    Hi @ale ,

     

    la version 4.056 is too old. Contact Fibaro support and they will help you with upgrade.

    Fibaro seems to illegally be charging to do this update if you have "too old" HC2, meanwhile I look for alternative options to move over to, I'll also make a complaint to EU regulative bodies for withholding necessary updates regarding security etc. and hopefully make life of others easier later on.
