Is the HCL interface really complicated or am I the problem?

Question

Hi. I have had the first version of Home Center Lite installed in my house for a few years and several sensors (blinds, lighting, smoke, etc). All configured by the technician who installed them. However, it is difficult for me to create my own scenes through the Home Center Lite web interface. Is there a tutorial that can make the process easier for me? Is it worth upgrading to Home Center Lite 3 for my system? Thanks

Thanks. What are the most important differences between the first version of HCL and the latest one?
