@Gabor1Hi, try soft reconfiguration of these 2 thermostats. Don't forget to wake them up, in order to complete the soft reconfiguration.

I have the same problem with my HC3 for one of my 4 Hortsmann SRT321 GEN5

batID=266
batLevel = hub.get(batID,"batteryLevel","value")
print(batLevel)

I got a battery level of 61 but got very frequently this low battery email (~5 times a day):

Batterie faible

L'appareil 266 SRT321 Gen5 (ID 266) dans Palier 1er a une batterie faible.

What is missing in this message from Fibaro HC3 is just its "batteryLevel" value for a better diagnostic.

A bug?

  • Hi all,

    Just looked back here...

    So, I have tried everything on those thermostats, and found other issues. and a few solutions as well.

    One of the solution was so lame.. User error. The end user has left the battery cover paper inside... strangely, the device seemed on the system, not like a dead device...

    Then, the other thing... seems like all of the sensors (heatit ztemp 2, and aeotec aerq mixed, 12 all up) shows really high humidity. I went on site with a calibrated measurer, and measured different with between 8-14%. I wouldnt care of 3-5%, nut 8 or even 14, too much...
