Hi

There have been a few topics on this question already, e.g.

But they are all several years old and the firmware seems to have been updated since then to allow RTSP sources.

I have an EZVIZ CS-C6N which supports RTSP (there are some steps you have to do in the camera's config to enable it, which I've done). I can load the RTSP stream in VLC using the URL rtsp://admin:<password>@<camera_IP_address>:554/H.264

However, in the HC3, no preview comes up in the web UI and the Yubii app says it could not connect to the camera. From what I can tell, I have set the relevant options correctly.

The stream also works in the The Home Remote app. Any ideas on what might be going wrong in the HC3?

Try without the / in front (that works on my camera)

And RTSP only works when logged on locally.

If you get the RTSP stream working, I would recommend to insert tje JPG or MJPG path also to use when not logged on locally.

Tried the change to remove leading / - no dice unfortunately. It just sits on "loading camera preview" in Yubii, with the spinning animation, forever.

Unfortunately the camera doesn't seem to support JPG / MJPG (it was a cheap purchase...). And yes, understand it only works locally, I have Yubii saying "local access" so that shouldn't be the issue.

The stream is working in Home Remote (added directly as a camera rather than as a Fibaro device), which is good enough for my use case at this stage, so I think I will put this in the 🤷‍♂️ category ;)

Thanks for your help all the same!
