Hello All,

I am new to Fibaro Community. I have Fibaro Home Centre 3 Lite with the below Config and I am based in Singapore.

HC3L-001

Wifi 2.4 GHz

EU868Mhz

My question is if I buy the below product online... can I use with my above HC3L Gate Way - Appreciate if anyone could advise me on this please.

Z-Wave Fibaro Double Switch 2

• Radio protocol: Z-Wave+
• Wireless: Z-Wave (868.42MHz)
• Radio signal power: up to 1mW
• Voltage: 110 - 240V AC
• Maximum load (per channel): 6.5A (Resistive)
• Maximum total load: 10A (Resistive)
• Power Consumption: < 0.8W

 

Why I was confused is becuase my Gateway Specs are  EU 868 Mhz and this Double Switch Spec are 868.42 MHZ

@NalanHello and welcome to the community.

 

The approved Z-Wave frequencys for Singapore are 920.9, 921.7 and 923.1 MHz

You should only use Z-Wave controllers and devices approved for your country.

 

Also you can only connect Z-Wave devices to each other, which have the same Z-Wave frequency build inn.

Looks like you have EU frequency hub.  So yes, double switch 868.42MHz will work for you. Actually, any Zwave device that you intend to connect to hub, must be on that frequency.

To make sure that you EU version please verify system info:
