How to create a switch that can execture an URL?

Hi All,

 

I'm new to the forum and to HC3. I've been using fibaro an Zwave for many years now, but always using Domoticz.

Recently I decides to move to HC3, but a few things aren't really clear to me. It's probably posted here somewhere already and believe me, I tried searching but what I found did not help me enough.

 

So, what do I know?

- Need to create a QA --> yes, done that

 

And then it stops. All examples here are LUA, that fine, but where do I create that?
I use; Add Device --> Other Device --> Quick app. No place to add a script?

When the QA is created I can go to Variables, but when I add the url as value, it does not work.

 

So, what would be the easiest way to create simple on/off switches which execute an URL?

Just create a scene that triggered when the switch turned ON or OFF and in LUA code execute your URL.
