A lot of unexpected reboots and zwave freezes

Hello Im still sick from stability of solution. Im using HC3 more than year and still have same issues:

 

version: 5.140.17 

Z-Wave Devices:53

Scenes:21

 

During week i got 3-5 unexpected reboots. After unexpected reboot the following two states occur:

1) all is working properly ( but reboot was unexpected)

2) zwave network not working anymore and it is necessary to do it second reboot over gui

 

This is so crazy. And dont want how to debug more. In log and messages are no information.

 

I tried recovery mode but problem is still here. Disable all scenes - still here.

Do have anybody ideas how to continue?

@petrmikesWhich Z-Wave engine do you use on your hc3? ZW2 or ZW3?

 

Do you use only zwave plus devices? Or a mix of zwave and zwave plus devices?

Im using only fibaro devices /modules ( combination zwave /zwave plus).

 

Im using zwave engine v 2. Migration all of devices from HC2 -> HC3

 

after unexpected reboot is no information in gui ( only uptime is 0).

 

 

Any idea?

I think they have a hotfix for those unexpected reboots.

We updated some of my cutomers systems with it and it seems to b working great.

Try to disable global polling in Settings->Z-Wave

Hello, I would like to share with you an feedback from support team fibaro. Comunication was complex, fast and great.

 

They check all from logs and over remote access and in gateway was lowlevel errors on filesystem level. They give me choice:

 

A) Send gw to repair to poland - 30 - D expectation

B) Try to fix remotely

 

 

I picket out  b option with the understanding that if it fails, the gw will be sent to PL. As a temporary solution, I would activate the old HC2

 

 

After reinstalation everything working well without restarts.
