Roller Shutter 3 does not stop sometimes

Hello,

 

I just installed my RS3 on Home Assistant. Sometimes when in close my sunscreen, the fibaro does not shut down and the motor keeps purring. I see that when the wattage is under 10, the system needs te shut down. But sometimes the wattage visible stays at 230watt, and then the fibaro thinks it should continue.

 

What could be the problem?

 

This even happens when i recalibrate. Out is going perfect, the screen is out totally, the wattage drops, the fibaro starts winding up again. But when it is completely closed, it start trying to feed it. Sometimes it goes well. But I don't want to burn the motor.

Hello.
It looks like you don't have the end positions of the blinds set. Many installation technicians did not do this, if it is controlled manually through the shutter switch.
Verify or adjust the end positions of your own blinds. Only then start the RS3 calibration.

Point 1) You have to know what type of blind/blind motor you have
Point 2) download instructions from the Internet
Point 3) proceed according to the instructions - gradually turn the adjusting elements on the motor and try to reach the end positions exactly where you need them.

Most motors use rotary elements to set the end positions (you use an Allen wrench)

Mine is a 3 meter sunscreen (horizontal) whitout end positions. But i’ll try Some more options. Thx!
