Cannot connect HC3 to home WiFi during the initial setp

I m trying to setup HC3 for the first time, as I use PC with no Ethernet port I have to rely on WiFi;

I m able to get the initial page to set up HC3, but when I select my home WiFi access the connection fail and get this error:wifi connection conflict-network has been already added

 

i have tried to do factory reste few time with no success, appreciate to get support on how to deal with this issue

But why do you add a wifi network to your computer? you just select it. And if that doens't work, delete it and add it again.

    That what I did, unjust select my WiFi access point name (called synaps), set password, then when it tries to connect, I got this error. When I use cable towards access point it works
