Unable to login Home Center 2 locally

Hi,

I am unable to login Home Center 2 locally neither I am able to ping my Home Center 2. 

IP address is showing using third party software (Advance IP Scanner).

 

Kindly Help

@Mani Singh TGHello and welcome to the community.

 

Things you can try:

-Restart hc2

-Restart the internet router

-delete the browser history

-use another browser

-use the fibaro finder

    Yes....! It is working now.

    Steps I did.

    - disconnected from the internet router.

    - LAN directly connected with my laptop.

    - assigned my laptop LAN IP address (192.168.2.xx) with same HC2 series IP (192.168.2.64)

    - have used HC2 IP address (192.168.2.64) as default gateway.

     

    Now I am able to access my HC2 from browser.
