Help needed - can't edit Scene's

Hi, we've moved into a house with Fibaro Home Centre 2. There are various scenes set up one of which is turning on the outside lights overnight every day. I can turn them off again via the app, but want to get into the settings and delete the scene or change the settings. I've logged in via the IP address but when I try and follow the manual instruction I don't get the same options visible. If i go to 'Configuration' I don't get an option for 'Scenes'. According to the manual this is how I'm supposed to edit a scene. I also don't get an option in the main 'Scenes' tab to create or add a new scene. I'm not sure where I'm supposed to login to allow me to access all of the settings? Can someone help me please.

If you have the right authorisation, you wil see this option bar:

You can’t see and edit your scene via "Configuration", but you can see it via the "Scenes" button.

did the previous owner transfer full admin rights?
